Terms of Service

The short version
- Your page and everything on it stay yours.
- Keep it legal and honest: no scams, impersonation, harassment or spam.
- Break the rules and we may remove content or close the account.
- hiall.me is free, and you can delete your account any time.
1.Using hiall.me
These terms are an agreement between you and hiall.me (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using hiall.me, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms yourself. If you use hiall.me for a business or another organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
2.Your account
- Use an email address you own and can read: that's where account and security emails go.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Email sign-ups have 7 days to confirm their address. Unconfirmed accounts are then deleted, and their usernames freed.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else got into your account.
3.Usernames
Usernames are first come, first served, and follow the rules shown when you pick one. Having a username doesn't make it your property. We may reserve names, and take back a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, misleads people or is used to break these terms.
When you change your username or delete your account, the old name is reserved for 30 days. After a rename, the old address sends visitors to your new one, and you can switch back during that time. After that, anyone can claim it.
4.Your content
What you put on your page (your name, photo, bio, links and icons) stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy, cache and show it, including in the preview images apps show when your link is shared, so we can run hiall.me. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, though cached copies can take a short while to expire.
You're responsible for your content and the sites you link to, and you must have the right to share them. Your page is public.
5.What isn't allowed
Don't use hiall.me to post, or link to:
- Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Phishing, malware, scams or links that hide where they really go.
- Pretending to be another person, brand or organization.
- Harassment, threats, or hate against people or groups.
- Sexual content involving minors. We remove it and report it to the authorities.
- Intimate images shared without consent, or other people's private information.
- Content that infringes someone's copyright or trademark.
And don't:
- Send spam, or fake views and clicks.
- Attack, overload or probe hiall.me, get around its limits, or scrape it beyond normal use.
- Get into other people's accounts.
6.Reports and enforcement
To report a page, use the contact form or email [email protected] with the page's address and what's wrong.
If something breaks these terms, we may remove it, hide the page, take back the username, or suspend or delete the account. We'll usually tell you first and explain why, unless the law or people's safety means we can't. If you think we got it wrong, reply and tell us.
7.The service
hiall.me is free. If we ever add paid features, we'll tell you before they arrive, and we won't charge you unless you choose to pay.
We keep improving hiall.me, so features may change, and we may stop offering some of them. Stats are a good guide, not an exact count: some browsers and ad blockers don't send them, and bots are left out. We work to keep hiall.me fast and online, but can't promise it will never be down. If we ever close hiall.me, we'll give you notice by email.
8.Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or delete an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. The sections on your content, disclaimers and liability still apply after an account ends.
9.Disclaimers and liability
hiall.me is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond what these terms say, and we aren't responsible for the sites people link to.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
10.Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect. If you keep using hiall.me after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
11.Contact
Questions about these terms: email [email protected] or use the contact form.
